FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team. You will follow a layout to apply vinyl or full-color graphics to substrates, prepare materials, and ensure high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sign production, can lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. We offer competitive pay, snacks, a performance bonus, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over waist-high table and apply vinyl letters/graphics.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to apply vinyl or full-color graphics to substrates.
• Prepare substrates including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl; vary techniques by size/type/complexity.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Perform quality assurance by reading Work Orders and proofing.
