Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sign production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Lift 50+ pounds and handle vinyl/graphics tasks.
• Able to work under pressure to maintain output quality.
• Able to operate light power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphics on substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application (cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning).
• Weed excess vinyl and manage varying complexity of images.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Perform QA by reading Work Orders and proofreading for errors.
• Finish pieces with laminating/mounting as needed.
• Report inventory levels and stock needs to center/manager.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
