Job summary

FASTSIGNS España is seeking a hands-on Sign Production & Installation Specialist to manage projects from shop floor to final installation. The role involves operating wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators, plus installing a variety of indoor and outdoor signage.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in sign production/installation (training available), proficiency with hand and power tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying

Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in sign production and/or installation.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and vinyl application equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding/bucket trucks, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators.
Prepare substrates, weed/mask vinyl, and apply graphics to acrylic, metal, PVC, and vehicle surfaces.
Install a variety of indoor and outdoor signage, including wall graphics, post-and-panel signs, dimensional letters, lobby signs, and vehicle wraps.
On-site operations: conduct site surveys, take accurate measurements, and safely operate power tools, ladders, and lift equipment.
Quality assurance: inspect finished products for defects, maintain clean shop conditions, and ensure installations meet design specs and safety standards.
