Job summary

FASTSIGNS España is seeking a hands-on Sign and Graphics Production Specialist for in‑shop fabrication, painting, and finishing. You’ll work with laser engravers, Zünd cutters, laminators, and vinyl tools while preparing substrates, assembling signs, and applying graphics.

The role blends production and installation tasks in a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and proven experience in sign and graphics production.

Qualifications

• Experience with sign fabrication tools including CNC machines.
• Ability to read work orders and installation instructions.
• Proficient with power and hand tools used in fabrication and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including laser engraver, Zünd (router), laminator, and vinyl cutter.
• Prepare substrates, assemble signs, apply vinyl, and perform finishing operations.
• Prepare and paint various materials.
• Load/unload, package, and stage materials for production and install.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and report on equipment and inventory.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy throughout production and installation.
• Follow safety protocols and operate tools and vehicles responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
