Job summary

FASTSIGNS Tulsa is seeking an Installer/Production Specialist to join our team. You will install and produce signs and graphics for various environments, including ground, walls, vehicles, or ceilings, using a range of tools and techniques.

You will move, lift, and build daily, assess environments for installation needs, verify measurements, and work both independently and with teammates. Training and safety practices are emphasized, with opportunities for hands-on project work and growth.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of experience in sign production. Experience in install preferred.
• Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in sign installation.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices.
• Basic carpentry, electrical, or welding skills, if applicable.
• Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all offsite sign and print media installations.
• Able to assess an environment for the needs and techniques of the installation.
• Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before starting.
• Able to work independently and with other team members when required.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas
