United Talent Staffing is currently hiring a Sign Production Assistant (Vinyl Focus) in the Villa Rica area!

Job Duties:

• Prepare and assemble signs and banners according to work order specifications
• Perform finishing operations such as applying grommets, drilling, taping, etc.
• Operate vinyl cutting machines and plotters (e.g., Roland, Graphtec)
• Weed vinyl and prepare graphics for application
• Apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces such as coroplast, PVC, aluminum, and banners
• Assist with lamination, masking, and vinyl transfers
• Support design prep (if applicable) by setting up files in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or FlexiSIGN
• Review and proof files before production
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Organize and manage inventory of vinyl rolls and production materials
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members in production, design, and installation
• Occasionally assist with on-site vinyl installations (vehicle decals, windows, walls)
• Light lifting up to 50 lbs. and operation of basic hand tools as needed

Pay and Shift:

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience with sign production, vinyl cutting, or graphic application preferred
• Must be proficient in basic math and comfortable with fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers
• Familiarity with vinyl plotters and cutters (Roland, Graphtec)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Design software knowledge is a plus
• Dependable and organized with a strong work ethic
