PeopleReady of Bardstown, KY is hiring a Sign Production and Assembly Worker to fabricate and assemble commercial signs and signage components. You will measure, cut, prepare, and assemble materials according to specifications, using hand and power tools to complete production tasks.

This role involves loading, inspecting finished products for quality, and preparing signs for shipping or installation. Shift is 1st Shift (Day). Applicants must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, fabrication or assembly preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Basic measuring skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn sign fabrication and assembly processes.
• Background check and drug test required.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sign Production And Assembly Worker:
