Job summary

Signs & Wonders is seeking part-time employees to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols. Drives personal vehicle over designated areas to locate outages and service issues using the Servizio app and handheld.

Responsibilities include documenting outages, reporting findings to supervisor, interacting with store managers and owners, and following safety rules. Must have a state issues driver's license in good standing. Compensation: $17.00 per hour.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present informaiton in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to drive an automobile
• Ability to communicate in person
• Ability to see from a distance
• MUST HAVE A STATE ISSUES DRIVER'S LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING...

• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners
• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
• Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues

General Purpose

Drives personal truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and sign service issues by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities
• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners

Marginal Duties & Responsibilities
