Job summary

YESCO is seeking part-time personnel to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols in Lowell, MA. You will drive your own vehicle to locations, verify outages, document findings with photos, and report to supervisors.

You will use the Servizio app and handheld to record issues, estimate outage size, and relay leads to other departments. A valid state-issued driver's license is required; compensation is $17.00 per hour, with a flexible evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to customers in one-on-one or small groups.
• Ability to drive an automobile and see at distance.

YESCO is seeking part-time employees to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols.

General Purpose

Drives personal truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and sign service issues by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities
• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners

Marginal Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned

Nature of Work Contacts

• Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues
