Job summary

Signs & Wonders is seeking part-time, night-shift patrol drivers to inspect and report sign and lighting outages. You will drive a personal vehicle along defined routes, using the Servizio app to document issues and notify the supervisor.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, clear vision, and strong communication with customers and team members. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities.
• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues.
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address.
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor.
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners.

YESCO is seeking part-time employees to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols.

General Purpose

Drives personal truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and sign service issues by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities
• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners

Marginal Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned

Nature of Work Contacts

• Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues
