ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time position operates from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

As a Sign Painter at Priority Signs and Graphics, you start your day by preparing your materials and tools for the projects ahead. You closely collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and create eye-catching signs that meet clients' expectations. Your role involves mixing colors, painting signs, and ensuring the final products meet our high-quality standards. Throughout the day, you adhere to safety protocols and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SIGN PAINTER

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related painting experience, preferably in a plant or workshop environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial sign and/or automotive painting experience
• Trade school coursework and training
