Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Patient Care Services Team. The RN will manage nursing care for a group of patients and provide leadership with independent judgment and collaboration with all team members.

The RN will establish and maintain relationships with physicians, delegate care, monitor progress, and prepare patients for discharge. Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Licensed RN in Michigan required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise nursing care for a group of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care team members.
• Delegate tasks, assess patient needs, and monitor progress.
• Prepare patients for discharge and document care.
