Job summary

The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Sinai-Grace Hospital, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift to lead patient care for a group of patients and collaborate with the care team to ensure compassionate, safe nursing.

Responsibilities include delegating care, monitoring progress, and preparing for discharge, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan is required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making.
