Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license and current healthcare provider BLS.
• Proficient in use of computer software including electronic patient records.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient, family and significant others and plan care.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and coordinate care.
• Document all plans and care provided.
• Educate patients and families using various materials.
• Delegate to licensed/unlicensed staff and coordinate workflow.
• Calculate and administer medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in planning patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in staff activities.
