Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our acute inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in a collaborative care environment.

The ideal candidate has a PT degree, Massachusetts license, and BLS certification. New graduates are encouraged to apply; generous benefits and PSLF eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant clinical rotations and fieldwork experience will be considered.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to inpatients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and educate patients/families.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
