Job summary

Lupient Automotive Group is seeking a Journeyman Technician for Lupient Buick GMC in Golden Valley, MN. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly wage ranging from $28 to $44, depending on experience, and a sign-on bonus eligible.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to a team known for exceptional service and doing the right thing. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience encouraged.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Excellent diagnostic and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair
• Transmission and suspension repairs
• Performs preventive maintenance and repair to diesel trucks, when needed
• Diagnoses drivability concerns
• Performs exhaust or electrical repairs
