Lupient Buick GMC in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Journeyman Technician to join our team. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a schedule that typically runs 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday pattern.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and holds ASE certifications if possible. We provide health, dental, vision, life insurance and a robust 401(k) plan, plus opportunities for growth within Lupient Automotive Group.

JOB DUTIES

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair
• Transmission and suspension repairs
• Performs preventive maintenance and repair to diesel trucks, when needed
• Diagnoses drivability concerns
• Performs exhaust or electrical repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dealership experience - we STRONGLY encourage techs with other brand experience to apply!
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
• Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
