Job summary

Morrie’s Forest Lake Chevrolet in Forest Lake, MN is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical and other systems. You will road-test vehicles and use diagnostic computers to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cars and a valid driver’s license (clean driving record).
• Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical and braking systems.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and related systems.
• Test to ensure systems and components are secure and properly functioning.
• Road-test vehicles using diagnostic equipment to verify repairs.
• Write vehicle damage repair estimates.
