Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States (Missouri/Kansas City area) to support its AmerisourceBergen distribution operations.

The role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and pay details with a base rate up to $24.30 per hour, plus possibilities for incentive pay and overtime. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using RF equipment to ensure accurate, timely distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Willing to work shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and report discrepancies and any obvious damages.
