Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a distribution-operations role in the US designed to support AmerisourceBergen through our distribution services. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and pays up to $24.30 per hour, with base pay, shift differentials, incentives, and referral bonuses described.

Responsibilities include order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using RF scanning equipment to ensure accurate distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).
