Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time distribution associate in Massachusetts to support AmerisourceBergen operations. You will handle order fulfillment, cycle counting, and verify products for distribution in a climate-controlled facility.

Shifts: Sunday 3pm onward; Monday-Thursday 5pm onward, with overtime. Starting pay $21.50/hour, up to $27.07/hour with various incentives and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise.
• Verify product received against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
