MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is seeking a Sonographer to join our radiology team. You will perform ultrasound exams across OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, and other areas, while supporting radiologists and teaching staff as needed.

The position includes a 40-hour week with day shifts. ARDMS certification is required or you must become eligible and registered within a year. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available and ongoing professional requirements apply.

Qualificações

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with one of the following: RDMS, RDCS, RVT, RMSKS.
• If not registered, be board-eligible and become registered with ARDMS within one year of hire.
• ARDMS preferred but ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) also accepted.
• Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME’s every 3 yrs/annual payment).
• Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and other related Ultrasound procedures on scheduled or emergent basis and maintain related records.
• Provide general assistance to the radiologist in interpreting studies.
• Provide technical instruction to students and hospital staff.
