Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Walk-ins welcome and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities and support the healthcare team to enhance quality of life. We offer full-time and part-time positions across day, evening and night shifts, $18-$20.50 per hour based on experience, shift differentials, daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision

Qualifications

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
• Graduated from a CNA training program
• CPR Certification
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pre-Hire Requirements

• Current physical examination completed within the past 2 years
• Completed PPD/TB test
• Current CPR certification requiredCompleted background check
• Current nursing license

Key Duties Include:

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
