Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on sign making and graphic design.
• Expertise with Illustrator, Photoshop, and FlexiSIGN.
• Hands-on knowledge of sign materials, substrates, adhesives, and mounting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signs using Adobe Creative Suite and FlexiSIGN.
• Operate vinyl cutters, large format printers, laminators, and related equipment.
• Consult and interface with customers, providing expert guidance and service.
• Install lobby signs, wall and window graphics, and wayfinding signs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain electronic and paper records of jobs.
• Keep production workspace clean and organized.
• Answer phones and support front-end customer service as needed.
• Continuously learn and adopt new design/manufacturing techniques.
