Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is on-site in Rochester, WA with travel between campuses and to off-site CTE locations as needed.

You will provide sign language interpreting services to support student access to instruction, collaborate with teachers, document participation, and help prepare materials while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Certification/qualification as a Sign Language Interpreter (e.g., RID, EIPA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.

School-Based Sign Language Interpreter

Location: Rochester, WA
Model: Full-time ~32.5 hours per week | On-site
School Year: 2026–2027

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for a dedicated and motivated Sign Language Interpreter to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for interpreters in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

What You'll Be Doing*:

• Provide sign language interpreting services to support student access to instruction and communication throughout the school day.
• Travel between campuses as needed, including to the New Market CTE program off-site location.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of communication access and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student participation and support provided.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of materials and resources to support student needs.
• Follow all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the provision of interpreting services within the school setting.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in interpreting through professional development activities and continuing education opportunities.
