Therapy Solutions Collective is seeking a dedicated School-Based Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026–2027 school year in Bremerton, WA. This on-site, full-time position involves providing sign language interpretation during instructional time and traveling between campuses as needed.

You will collaborate with educators to ensure access and communication for students, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Certification as Sign Language Interpreter or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applying state.
• Experience in a school/educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with a team of educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide sign language interpreting services to support access to instruction throughout the school day.

1:1 student support. 1 need for secondary student, 1 need for elementary student

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for a dedicated and motivated Sign Language Interpreter to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for interpreters in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

What You'll Be Doing*:

• Provide sign language interpreting services to support student access to instruction and communication throughout the school day.
• Travel between campuses as needed, including to the New Market CTE program off-site location.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of communication access and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student participation and support provided.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of materials and resources to support student needs.
• Follow all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the provision of interpreting services within the school setting.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in interpreting through professional development activities and continuing education opportunities.

• Certification/qualification as a Sign Language Interpreter (e.g., RID certification, EIPA, or state-specific requirement), or eligibility to obtain licensure/certification in the state where you are applying.
• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.

• Reliable transportation for travel between campus and the off-site CTE program.
