Job summary

YESCO in Helena, Montana is seeking a Sign Installer to install new signs and service existing ones under supervision.

You will review blueprints, prepare materials, operate heavy equipment, install lighting, and ensure safety while meeting deadlines. Requires a high school diploma or GED and six+ years in construction with welding, electrical work, and reading blueprints; a valid Class B CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in construction including welding, heavy equipment operation, crane and forklift, power tools, electrical experience, and reading blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Reviews blueprints, identifies and prepares necessary materials and supplies for sign installation
• Determine layout and installation procedures and measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Drives trucks to transport sign materials to installation sites and load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Assemble and install products utilizing hand and power tools, operating heavy equipment
• May require scaffolding erection and other work platforms
• Performs maintenance and repair to existing signs
• Completes paperwork for installations and service work
• Follows all safety guidelines and regulations
• Obtains completed work sign-off from customers
