Job summary

Humble Sign Co. is looking for a dependable Sign Install Helper to join our growing team in Texas. You will assist with the installation of signs, ensuring all safety protocols and project plans are followed. The role requires comfort working at heights and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read measurements and plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

As a Sign Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team by:

• Assisting with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials
• Reviewing project plans and safety procedures before installs
• Supporting the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs
• Working on buildings, poles, and various structures
• Anticipating team needs to keep installs efficient and safe
• Following OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (DOE)
