American Sign Studio is seeking an experienced Sign Installer or equivalent construction trades-person to join our fast‑growing, creative team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working in the field, and want opportunities for growth, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Precision Installation: Safely transport, mount, and install a wide variety of signs, including channel letters, monument signs, interior electrical signs, vinyl graphics, and architectural signage
• Site Surveys: Perform site visits to take measurements, photos, and evaluate mounting surfaces, access planning, and electrical considerations
• Site Work: Site prep, remove existing signage, post‑install cleanup. Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.
• Operations: Operate and maintain tools, lifts, bucket trucks, and equipment safely
• Project Management & Documentation: Assist with scheduling, planning, and communication with customers and internal teams. Track status and communicate project challenges. Document all work.
• Travel: Occasionally travel outside the region

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5 years in sign installation or a comparable construction trade
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights, in all weather, and performing strenuous labor.
• Technical Skills: Strong carpentry and construction knowledge. Mechanical aptitude proficiency with tools; field welding is a plus. Computer/smartphone use of tablets and Microsoft skills.
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and a clean driving record.
• Soft Skills: Great attitude, coach-able, safety‑minded, professional, and team‑oriented. Strong spatial awareness & attention to detail.
• Bucket Truck, crane, & lift experience (certifications a plus)
• Understanding of Sign Substrates: installation methods, anchoring systems, foundations, and concrete
