Signarama Philadelphia/Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a skilled Sign Manufacturer Welder to join our on-site production team. You will weld metal components for custom signs, read blueprints, and ensure durable, high-quality results.

You will work with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, fabricate frames and supports, and collaborate with designers to meet project specs. This is a full-time on-site role requiring safety adherence and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder, preferably with experience in metal fabrication for signage.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Ability to work with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal components for custom signs, including frames, supports, and decorative elements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications to assemble and weld components.
• Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) ensuring precision and quality in every weld.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
• Ensure final products meet durability, aesthetics, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with designers and production team to meet timelines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with properly stored tools.
