Job summary

Cima Network in Chalfont, PA is seeking full-time sign production workers for the Channel Letter department. You will operate cutting, bending, drilling equipment, weld and assemble aluminum components, and follow safety and quality protocols to meet customer specifications.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with hands-on tool experience and a high school diploma; one year of sign production or related field preferred. Ability to lift and work in a shop environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in Sign Production or Related Field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are built to specification and meet customers’ standards.
• Operates equipment used to cut, bend, and drill to specified shapes.
• Operates metal fabricating machines including shears, saws, breaks, bending machines, and punch and forming presses.
• Weld, rivet, and bolt components together, primarily aluminum.
• Review daily schedule requirements to determine priorities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures.
