Job summary

Cima Network Inc. in Chalfont, PA is looking for a Sign Installer III to deliver, assemble and install signs per client specs. You will meet with clients to confirm placement, handle various sign types, and perform site surveys. The role requires travel, high altitude work, and strong communication.

The ideal candidate can read drawings, operate heavy equipment, and manage installation crews while maintaining safety standards across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a DOT medical card and have a valid license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• OSHA 30 is required; OSHA 40 is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred; management experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and various instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel for installation, service or repair of signs across the US.
• Read and follow mechanical drawings to meet client specs.
• Lead crew through clear communication and prioritize safety.
• Troubleshoot fabrication or electrical issues during installation or service.
• Install vinyl graphics and signs on structures as specified.
• Operate and maintain cranes, lifts, and heavy equipment.
• Lift and move materials up to 100 lbs regularly and up to 1,000 lbs with equipment.
• Ensure site safety and PPE compliance and perform site surveys.
