Blair Image Elements in Altoona, PA is seeking dedicated, reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team. In this in-person, hourly role, you will fabricate and assemble interior and exterior signs for national customers and contribute to on-time delivery and quality.

We value dependability, teamwork, and the ability to read blueprints or learn to read them, perform basic math, and operate hand and power tools as part of our fabrication process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, or learn to read them.
• Follow instructions and work quickly, maintaining quality standards.
• Basic math skills - able to read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• High degree of dependability -- able to consistently maintain a regular work schedule.
• Responsible team players eager to contribute.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and assembling interior and exterior signs for national customers.
• Using various hand and power tools.
• Using equipment and machinery as part of the fabrication process.
• Using the computer to log jobs and progress.
• Checking quality of work.
