Qualifications

• Reading prints/blueprints or ability to learn.
• Follow instructions and maintain quality.
• Basic math and tape measure reading.
• Comfort with paints, solvents, and respirator use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Paint prepared signs and components with hand or spray equipment.
• Read from prints and apply paint per specification.
• Mix colors and load spray equipment daily.
• Mask signs for multi-color applications.
• Prime steel and other substrates to prevent rust.
• Work with epoxies, enamels, and urethanes.
• Operate and maintain spray guns and booths.
• Log jobs and hours in the production system.
• Check quality against print specs before/after painting.
