Qualifications

• 3+ years in sign estimating, project management, or sign sales.
• Experience with channel letters, cabinet signs, dimensional letters, vinyl graphics.
• Ability to read construction drawings, architectural plans, and site surveys.
• Experience with sign industry software (Cyrious preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Sign Estimator / Inside Sales Position Overview

We are a growing custom sign manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sign Estimator to prepare accurate estimates and coordinate projects from inquiry through production.

This position manages projects from initial estimate through final customer invoicing and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in the sign industry and understands electrical signs, dimensional letters, wide format printing, fabrication methods, installation requirements, and material costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for custom sign projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Calculate material, labor, equipment, and installation costs
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, project scope, and scheduling
• Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams
• Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing when required
• Assist with permit and installation planning
• Track estimate revisions and maintain project documentation
