Signarama in North Aurora, IL is seeking a Production and Design Specialist to design, produce, and install signage using software, hand tools, and production machines. You will work on vinyl, digital, and exterior projects, and represent the brand in-store and on-site.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with computers, eager to learn POS software, have good math and spelling, can use measuring tools, and are physically fit to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong math and spelling skills.
• Able to use measurement tools with accuracy.

• Design Mastery: Craft various types of signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products using advanced tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.
