This role involves designing, producing, and installing high‑quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands‑on tasks, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Mastery: Craft various types of signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products using advanced tools.
• Production: In‑house production, mostly vinyl and associated substrate.
• Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in‑store and during on‑site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
