Job summary

Signarama Kannapolis is seeking a Production and Design Specialist to design, produce, and install high‑quality signage. You’ll use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft vinyl, digital, and exterior signs while delivering excellent service.

Join a dynamic team with in‑store training and opportunities for advancement. You’ll travel locally for site assessments, estimates, and installations, while keeping equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software.
• Strong mathematical and spelling skills.
• Proficiently use measurement tools.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Design Mastery: Craft signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products with advanced tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Operate laminators, plotters, panel saws and trimmers.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our brand in-store and on-site installations for a great customer experience.
• Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates and perform installations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.
