CROSS X SB AND S INC is seeking a motivated Sign Crew Trainee in Plano, TX. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in sign installation, repair, and removal on commercial projects.

You’ll work with experienced crews, handle basic tools, and participate in loading, unloading, and site setup. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork on fast-paced jobsites.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — full on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and job sites
• Learn sign mounting techniques, electrical basics, and hardware installation
