Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers in a FASTSIGNS Center. You will learn to prepare estimates, handle work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and help build long-term client relationships through multiple communication channels including email, phone, in-person visits, and on-site

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
