Job summary

FASTSIGNS Lansing is seeking a sign and graphics production and install specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role involves hands-on shop work and field installations, from ground level and ladders, ensuring high-quality graphics and signage.

Your training will cover all aspects of the position, with direct franchisee supervision. This franchise is independently owned and the incumbent will report to the franchise location management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in signage and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades.
• Apply vinyl graphics to rigid substrates (plastics and metals), vehicles, windows.
• Install interior and exterior signs in shop and in the field from ground or ladder.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop.
• Assist in the garage and field on sign/graphic installations.

• Cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades
• Applying vinyl graphics to rigid substrates (plastics and metals), vehicles, windows
• Working in the shop and the field performing interior and exterior sign installations from the ground and from a ladder
• Maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Assisting in the garage and field on sign/graphic installations.
