Job summary

SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs supporting U.S. Army SIGINT missions at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, system admins, and leadership to ensure accurate, timely instruction on SIGINT tools, workflows, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have SATCOM/RF experience, strong instructional skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience; additional years accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Military-related training experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including system administration and network operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials for Army SIGINT systems, including classroom instruction and hands-on training.
• Provide training for SIGINT collection platforms.
• Conduct NET, operator refresher training, and mission-specific instructional requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, system admins, and project leads to ensure content reflects latest capabilities and upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, and multimedia instructional content.
• Perform on-site support during testing events, fielding activities, and deployments.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration supporting SIGINT equipment integration.
