Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a SIGDEV Analyst Level 2 to join a 24x7 mission-essential watch center supporting federal operations. You will provide analytic and operational support to optimize, develop, and maintain customer accesses while ensuring front-end systems collect, process, and transmit critical information.

The role involves researching collection data, forming analytic strategies, and identifying target communications within a global network across data, voice, DNI, and IP-based technologies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Five years in modern digital/optical telecom systems and protocols in last seven years.
• Experience using Linux (CLI).
• FORNSAT experience.
• Experience with front-end collection systems and DNR/DNI dataflow.
• Basic troubleshooting and SOP adherence.
• Familiarity with SATCOM technologies; completion of the Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
• Ability to conduct independent research and develop analytic vectors.
• Experience using SIGINT software applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide SIGDEV analytic support to optimize and develop customer accesses.
• Research collection data to develop targets of interest and analytic strategies.
• Identify target communications across the global network.
• Analyze data and voice communications, including DNR and DNI over IP.
• Apply knowledge of telecom tech to SIGINT development activities.
• Exploit foreign communications to disseminate relevant SIGINT information.
• Utilize SIGINT software, databases, and reporting repositories for target development.
• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, and presenting information.
• Independently perform SIGINT development and guide Level 1 personnel.
• Support monitoring, maintenance, and mission restoration for designated systems.
