Job summary

Zdeno Solutions is seeking an Operational Requirements Analyst for full-time work at a customer location. The role centers on logistics, sustainment, acquisition, and materiel management to support test events.

You will manage site operations, coordinate movement of people and gear, and oversee facilities during events. Qualified candidates bring extensive experience in logistics, lifecycle cost analysis, and coordination across disparate teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Operations Requirements experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Five years of demonstrated experience in the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalently, HS diploma plus extensive experience.
• Experience in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
• Knowledge of logistics, lifecycle sustainment, and procurement processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistic planning, troubleshoot, coordinate maintenance, and repair mechanical systems (generators, motors, electrical, HVAC).
• Build and maintain relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.
• Manage personnel and equipment across multiple logistics nodes.
• Present briefings to senior leaders and customer stakeholders.
• Develop life cycle cost analyses, estimates, and alternatives.
