Job summary

Zdeno Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operational Requirements Analyst for a full-time, on-site role at a customer location in Fort Meade, MD. The position requires 1880 hours per year and TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support lifecycle sustainment and materiel procurement during events.

You will manage logistics operations, coordinate maintenance, and lead site setup, movement of personnel and equipment, while briefing senior leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; HS diploma with fourteen years of experience acceptable.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities. DNI and USD(I) strategies and policies.
• Experience in logistic planning and maintenance coordination is preferred.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Knowledge of Installation & Logistics organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of configuring a physical IT network (cabling, wiring) is preferred.
• Familiarity with government shipping process is preferred.
• Physical demands: lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Willing to travel; 2-5 day trips and 2-5 week trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistic planning, troubleshoot, coordinate maintenance, and repair mechanical systems (generators, motors, electrical, HVAC).
• Build and maintain relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.
• Manage personnel and equipment across multiple logistics nodes.
• Present briefings to senior leaders and customer stakeholders.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to reduce contract costs to the government.
• Analyze user requirements to develop operations concepts and event requirements specifications.
• Evaluate support for operations at alternative locations in quantitative and qualitative terms.
• Develop life cycle cost analyses, estimates, and alternatives.
