Job summary

Zdeno Solutions, LLC seeks a SIGINT Military Coordinator Operational Requirements Analyst to provide expert support at customer sites. The role requires coordinating across SIGINT communities, defining high‑level system architecture, and delivering operational requirement documents for STORMFORCE events.

Expect to travel, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, and operate in dynamic environments with minimal supervision while interfacing with diverse stakeholders in the IC and DoD domains.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in Operations Requirements on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; IC experience required.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities; DNI and USD(I&S) strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide SIGINT Military coordination to the TCITE STORMFORCE team and its testing events.
• Coordinate with SIGINT US and allied organizations; develop STORMFORCE objectives for SIGINT.
• Facilitate requirements gathering by coordinating meetings with SIGINT, systems engineers, and data modelers.
