Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening in the target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related fields (intelligence analysis, international relations, security studies, journalism, etc.).
• Entry/developmental: HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent; higher levels require more experience.
• Full Performance/Senior: broader experience and potential leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate key information for policymakers and leaders.
• Research cultures and geopolitical contexts to inform assessments.
• Synthesize large data volumes from multiple sources to address analytic problems.
• Collaborate with NSA and IC analysts on research, analysis, and reporting.
