Job summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) in Tampa, FL. The analyst will provide advanced all-source and SIGINT analysis, develop intelligence reports, and deliver actionable insights for operational planning.

This onsite role requires recent AOR experience, Top Secret/SCI clearance, and proficiency with SIGINT tools and analytic techniques to support mission success.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of SIGINT intelligence experience.
• 4+ years supporting Special Operations.
• Recent AOR operational experience within last 5 years.
• Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course or IC equivalent.
• Proficiency with TDNA, DNEA, DNI/DNR analysis.
• Strong briefing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex SIGINT analysis using multiple datasets and analytic tools.
• Characterize target networks and develop exploitation methods.
• Apply geo-location techniques and direction-finding methods for intelligence reports.
• Fuse SIGINT with other disciplines to create comprehensive assessments.
• Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation and support target development.
• Evaluate opportunities using all-source data to support planning.
• Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across OSI layers and IP infrastructure.
• Prepare and present intelligence briefings to senior leaders.
• Provide recommendations for collection strategies and new analytic technologies.
