Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Targeting Analyst to support defense analytical requirements at CCMD and JIOC. The role leverages expertise in intelligence research, targeting, and CDE to shape targeting strategies and develop intelligence products for senior leadership.

The candidate will perform all-source analysis, maintain ETFs, and contribute to policy development. This onsite role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Formación

• Master's degree with 8 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience
• Recent experience in intelligence targeting (within last 2 years)
• Familiarity with DoD/CJCS targeting policies, procedures, and databases
• Experience in target development and Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE)
• Preferred: CCMD targeting experience
• Experience refining targeting SOPs and providing SME support

Responsabilidades

• Conduct targeting analysis and intelligence functions per DoD and CJCS policies
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis to support target development
• Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation and generate graphics
• Maintain and update ETFs and other targeting databases
• Provide recommendations on target prioritization and validation
• Assist in Target System Analysis and manage target lists
• Compile and deliver intelligence briefings to senior decision-makers
• Contribute to policy and SOP development in targeting operations
• Serve as SME for training events and exercises
