Job summary

Celestar Corporation seeks an All-Source Analyst (Mid Level) to support the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) Intelligence Directorate / JICSOC at HQ USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. The candidate will analyze national security developments, produce finished intelligence, and collaborate across POCs to deliver multiple quarterly and annual outputs.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, extensive IC/DoD experience, and proficiency with ArcGIS, Trident, and TAC.

Qualifications

• 5 years of all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent field.
• 4 years' IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 2 years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
• 1 year of experience using ArcGIS.
• 5 years' experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate national security interests and trends for SOF mission areas.
• Support operational planning with strategic/theater feedback.
• Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis.
• Respond to RFIs with finished intelligence and slides/reports.
• Conduct research using classified and unclassified data for PAS requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple POCs to ensure research coverage.
• Identify information gaps and develop SDRs or alternative sources.
• Produce 12 quarterly products with at least two near/mid-term assessments.
• Assist TSOC PAS analysts in producing six acceptable products per year.
• Support Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery.
